Rabel is our Brut sparkling wine traditional method.
The grapes from the Pinot Noir, vinified in white (30%) and Chardonnay (70%) come from the hills of Canelli.
The hills have a north-east exposure and the soil is chalky clay marl.
Organoleptic characteristics:
- the colour of this Brut sparkling wine traditional method is straw yellow of varying intensity;
- the perlage is compact and very persistent;
- the bouquet is harmonic and smooth with hints of bread crust and ripe fruit. It has good structure and sapidity;
- on the palate it is young, fruity, floral, intense, fairly complex, fragrant and fresh.
